About me: If I were to satisfy my personality trait in answering this question… then just look up ‘INTJ‘ online. Seriously though, I am an adventure seeking, outdoor oriented, logical fun goer hominid who prefers experiences over formal education.
I have been involved in the outdoors since I was in kindergarten where I joined Cub Scouts, then Boy Scouts, where I picked up all sorts of experiences. I have attained the rank of Eagle Scout and consider that one of my greatest personal accomplishments. You name it, I’ve probably done it at some point if it involves the outdoors.
I was in the United States Air Force ROTC for 3 years where I hoped to train as either a pilot/special forces/engineer… that has since halted due to a sudden, unknown, medical condition of epilepsy. I am still the same person except now I know that I have this condition for life and have had it since birth. Like all things, it’s manageable. I just choose not to let it control me.
I am also studying Aerospace Engineering. I have a passion for aviation and have for many years held an Amateur High Power Rocketry Licence and also have been learning to fly. I have many hobbies and love many sports, especially baseball.
I love sitting in progressive thought and discussion that expand the meta-cognition of the human mind. Understanding why things are, helps us understand ourselves infinitely better. Recently, I have been working on a book of such thought… called The List. I am by no means a writer, though, I feel like I have a wide range of experiences and interests that make for fun discussion between many people.
And lastly, my personality trait test says I’m an introvert, which I am (by the way, that does not have any correlation with the word “shy”, I am far from shy). I cherish the times I spend with my friends and have the utmost respect for those willing to have me as a friend.
